Summer Wellness Expo 6/6/26 Vendor Sign Up

Join us for a day full of wellness. celebrating self care, holistic medicine, nourishing scents, amazing psychics, tarot readers, mediums, & healers!

Vendors or Readers please be mindful of the theme of the event, making sure your offerings will go with what we are celebrating so we can have community & consistency!

All vendors get space for 1 -6 foot table that you bring, all readers have space for a 4 foot by 2 foot table that you bring, any healings offered must be able to be administered in a chair due to space requirements.

Vendors, readers, or healers please email me the completed application after paying table fee . If this application doesn’t print I can send another to you. All marketing info & pics of your products or services must be emailed to me with your application.
